Burdick Chocolates, celebrated for its exquisite artisanal chocolates, pastries, and beverages, is looking for a person to join our Customer Care team in our Walpole, NH business office.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday typically a 40 hour work week.
Responsibilities:
Always provide professional customer care service Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers Responds promptly and confidently to customer inquiries Processes orders, including custom orders Acknowledges and resolves customer discrepancies Become efficient in product and website knowledge to ensure an accurate and positive experience for customers Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, compliments, and feedback Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary Required Skills/Abilities:
