This person must be a person interested in the hands-on production of artisanal ice cream and possess the necessary physical ability to lift 50 pound bags of ingredients.
This person must possess the manual dexterity to assist in the packaging, labeling and filling of ice cream containers of varying sizes.
He or she will also be expected to assist in the ordering and inventory of all production supplies, and in the maintenance of the facility and all its equipment.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirt.
